This Privacy Notice aims to inform you about your personal data that is collected and processed by us when using our website.

Website
If your using our website for just obtaining information meaning that you do not provide us with information by yourself, we process only the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. a) Especially the so-called session cookies belong to the kind of transient cookies that we use. Session cookies are only saved during the time that you use our website. There is no other usage made out of the session cookie.
b) Aside from this, we are using for our website other cookies that enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit and enable us to offer you a better usage of our website. Contribution receipt
If you request a contribution receipt via our website for your donation we will process the following data: Your name and family name, your address and your email address and optionally your telephone number and the amount of the donation you request a contribution receipt for. We process this data in order to fulfill your request to attain a contribution receipt. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) 1 lit. f GDPR. We erase the personal data processed after the saving of the data is not necessary anymore or we restrict the processing in case that a legal period of time for safeguarding exists.
Newsletter
You can receive our newsletter with the latest information about our projects if you consent to receiving our newsletter.
If you sign up for our newsletter we are asking only for your email address. After we received your consent we save your email address in order to be able to send you our newsletter. Legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) 1 a. GDPR.
We are using the so-called double-opt-in procedure. This means that after you subscribed to our newsletter we will send you an email to the email address that you provided, asking you to confirm your wish to receive our newsletter. If you do not confirm your wish within 24 hours, your information will be blocked and erased after one month. We further store the IP address used at the time of registration, as well as the date and time of registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to trace (possible) subsequent misuse of the e-mail address of the person concerned and it therefore serves to inform about a potential misuse of your personal data.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google LLC. (“Google”).
The legal basis for the usage is Art. 6 (1) 1 f. GDPR
Google Analytics uses "cookies", little text files which are stored on your end-user device and enable your use of the website to be analyzed.
Google Analytic is only used with an activated IP anonymizing function. This means that the IP address of users within a Member States of the European Union or in other member states of the European Economic Area is shortened. Only in exceptional cases can the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA where it will be shortened there.
The IP address transmitted by Google from your browser will not be combined with other data from Google.
Google will use this information in order to evaluate for us on our behalf your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities and to carry out additional services, relating to use for the website and the internet. Because of the statistics that we gain, we can optimize our product and make it more interesting for you as a user.

We are using the service of Google Maps for our website. Google maps is a map service of google. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) 1 f. GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the optimization of the functionality of our website. This enables us to display interactive maps directly on our website and to offer you the use of them.
If you visit our website, Google receives the information which page of our website you have visited. Also, the data collected described under “Website” of this Notice will be transferred. This applies irrespective of you being logged-in into an user account that Google is providing or not. If you are logged-in into an user account, Google provides, your data automatically will be allocated to that account. If you do not wish the data to be allocated with your Google user account you have to log out of your Google account before.
